Well Being Ceremony for Japan

Kilkenny Square, Ireland – 3/19/2011
Title: Dear Friends!
I sent 70 text messages on Friday and also put it on Face Book, and announced it at Story -telling Night on Saturday night.
About 25 of us gathered in Kilkenny’s main Square, The Parade, at 5pm this Sunday to hold our Well Being Ceremony for Japan..
8 Japanese people also came, amongst them many living locally, many of them are working in Camphill Rudolf Steiner School, which is well-known local chain of communities, living from donations and volunteer based, taking care of people in special needs. Some only arrived to live and work there only 2 weeks ago, some are working and living there 8-20 years ago. The rest of the participants were mixed nationality and age, Irish, Israeli, Korean, French, English and Congolese, all living in Kilkenny, Ireland.

Some local people came and amongst them 2 women like to organize a coffee morning, where we could all chat and an other man would like to bake cakes to sell as charity and send the money to Japan.

At the beginin of e ceremony I sensed, it is important to say, if someone would rather do their own prayer, according to their religion or would rather not follow our ceremony, jut be with us, to feel free to do so.

Couple of the participants said, they felt how grateful they are for having gathered and done this ceremony. There were two girls from Tokyo, who looked really worried, (not surprisingly), but were smiling at the end. At the beginning one could cut the air from the tension, it was so quiet.

The atmosphere has “melted” by the end of the ceremony, people just didn’t want to move or leave. People I asked said it was good experience to do it. Many were talking, enquiring about the situation in Japan, shared their worries and hopes.

We will repeat the ceremony next Sunday, same time, and same place, because requested by the participants.

Big hug from Krisztina

Testimony – San Diego, CA – 3/14/20115
Recently I was in the hospital for 3 days, where I had an interesting experience. Having to go into the hospital suddenly was jolting, being thrown together with people with all sorts of difficult health conditions and so many confusing things happening – the usual chaos of these times. And they would give me very little information, so that each day I was hoping to get out of the hospital but wasn’t told much about my medical situation, etc. and then at the end of each day would be told I had to stay in the hospital another day. This went on for 3 days. I reread the Askings friends had sent for a previous surgery, and worked with the guide and askings, which were very useful, but even with this and the wonderful help of my family accompanying me, after a couple of days I became worn down by the situation, chaos, lack of information, etc. and was simply desperate to get out of there.2

Then, on the third day I had an experience where things converted and I suddenly felt so grateful for this opportunity to have a break from everyday life and a space to reflect, even in the midst of all the chaos. I read Nicole’s wonderful testimony again, and began to read the Inner Look in Silo’s Message. Just looking at the first page I was overwhelmed at how fortunate I was to be able to read the simple words there that began, “Here it tells how the non-meaning of life can be converted into meaning and fulfillment…” And the words on the pages began to come alive, started to move, so many messages, everything said there so luminous and meaningful… I had read the book so many times, but now those readings seemed more “flat” tending to locate what was said “outside.” After all our experiences of the last 2 years the book was now somehow new, alive and in motion… As I read, I could feel the special registers that sometimes arise where something “realigns” inside, a new way of being that is waking up and becoming real within us. I could feel “something” very near, the “new world” that is coming, how the gods are very close, “poking through” into everyday life more and more, the signals stronger… and then I felt a resolution to live according to the new world that we are building together, to bet on it and to have the courage to live within it, and to keep striving to find ways to bring together, to interleave the profound into the beauty of everyday life…

Seminar on the Message

Hudson Valley Park – 3/12/2011
Hi friends,IMG_5815
We wanted to tell you about the Message seminar last weekend at Hudson Valley park. We had a great couple of days clarifying what is the Message for us, doing plenty of ceremonies to strengthen the spirit and warm the heart and figuring out individually how is it that we want to transmit the Message in a world that seems each time more unstable and changing.
We are aware that there are many who are predisposed and seeking a deeper understanding and a more profound experience in their lives.
We want to find them.

Hugs, Patricia

Seminar on Reconciliation

Hudson Valley Park – 9/4/2010
On Saturday, September 4, we held our second monthly Message seminar at Hudson Valley Park of Study and Reflection on the theme of “Reconciliation” from the Manual of The Message.

The theme was on the important experience of reconciling from a profound spiritual point of view. The seminar also helped us create an aphorism that allows us to go reconciling progressively.

It was great to see the seminar attended by several new people who had never participated in any of our activities previously. Everyone reached interesting conclusions.

Thanks to Maureen Prunty, Kurt Heyl and Yolanda Andersson for facilitating
